Frequently Asked Questions
Will AffiliateFairPlay.com have
a forum/messageboard?
Will AffiliateFairPlay.com provide a list
of "Clean Merchants" to Affiliates?
What is an A.S.A.?
If I see an A.S.A. on the AFP Fact Sheet list,
can I assume that the A.S.A. is stealing my commissions or diverting
Merchant traffic as affiliate sales which really aren't?
Q: Will AffiliateFairPlay.com have a forum/messageboard?
A: Since this has been the most asked question even while the AFP
web site was in development, we will answer this question first.
The answer is No and AFP has no plans to do so. AFP feels that this
need is already being adequately provided by others to the Affiliate
Marketing community.

Q: Will AffiliateFairPlay.com provide
a list of "Clean Merchants" to Affiliates?
A: No. AFP's philosophy is not to attempt to define "Clean"
but rather to evaluate/assess objectively whether particular behaviors
are being engaged in or not.. It is up to Affiliates to individually
decide how significant particular behaviors impact upon their overall
business plan.

Q: If I see an A.S.A. on the AFP Fact Sheet
list, can I assume that the A.S.A. is stealing my commissions or
diverting Merchant traffic as affiliate sales which really aren't?
A: No. We encourage users to view carefully the information contained
on each Fact Sheet which summarizes AFP's testing results and to
form your own opinion as to the potential impact on both Affiliate
and Merchant Revenue Streams.
AFP hopes that as the Affiliate Marketing Industry evolves, we
will be able to document A.S.P.'s which are NOT engaging in questionable
practices.
