when purchased by CGI Holdings. Personals Plus, Inc owns several
dating sites but we have found no specific listings of all their
web properties through CGI Holdings. We did find the following web
sites copyrighted to Personals Plus, Inc: SwapperNet
and Killerdates.

Group A Canadian company focusing on online dating web sites
and technology. Their other web site properties include:

An interactive marketing company that has been known for it's focus

Provides SEM services.

European Search Engine and Keyword Optizimation services.

An online shopping portal which includes affiliate links on their

Provides technology to identify and combat click fraud for search
in real-time. They have a network of search and content sites
who utilize their click fraud technology.

When added onto a web site, technology which allows visitors to
search for any word on a web page with results showing is a side
bar window. Their web site reports a desktop version of their
technology to be released early 2005. However, we saw no references
as to whether a desktop version has indeed been implemented.
- SecondBite:
Shopping cart abandonment system which emails customers with a
second opportunity to purchase items which were placed in their
abandoned shopping carts.
- AllGive:
An affiliate charity incent search web site.
- FreeSideSearch:
Provides free source code for webmasters to add a search box to
their box where searches show in a side bar of the browser window.
The search returns are their affiliate PPCSE listings.

Directory site to search for lawyers by area of law and location.
